A digital platform redesign for a national real estate group, focused on creating a modern, user centered experience that supports agents, offices, and lead generation. The project combines UX, structure, and scalable design systems to enable growth across a distributed network.
My Role and Challenge
Defined the UX/UI direction for a new digital platform, translating business and user requirements into a clear, scalable experience. The challenge was to design a system that could support a growing national network of agents and offices, while simplifying property discovery and improving lead generation across the platform.
Approach and Outcome
We focused on structuring information architecture and creating consistent UI patterns to support scalability across the platform. By simplifying navigation, improving content hierarchy, and introducing reusable components, the experience became more intuitive for users and more efficient for teams to manage. The result was a modern, user-focused platform that improved usability and supported the client’s growth and communication needs.
